Blueberry Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 ounces of yogurt, kefir, coconut milk or cream
1 Tablespoon of Garden of Life extra virgin coconut oil
1 Tablespoon of flaxseed oil or hemp seed oil
1 to 2 Tablespoons of raw honey
1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW Protein, any flavor
½ to 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until desired texture.

Cilantro-Lime Halibut
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Garden of Life extra virgin coconut oil
fresh or minced garlic
chopped tomatoes
cilantro
2½ pounds halibut fillets
Directions:
In a pan, melt coconut oil. Stir in garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cilantro. Cook for another minute. Add fillets. Cook approximately 10 minutes, turning once.

Coconut Milk Soup
Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
1½ quarts homemade fish or chicken stock
1½ cups coconut milk and cream
1 pound chicken or fish, cut into small cubes
3 jalapeño chilies, diced or ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, dried
1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 Tablespoons fish sauce (optional)
2 to 4 Tablespoons lime juice
chopped cilantro, for garnish
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients until meat is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro.
