Berry Smoothie
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
10 oz. of yogurt, kefir, coconut milk, or cream
1 tablespoon of extra-virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil or hemp seed oil
1-2 tablespoons of raw honey
1 tablespoon of goat’s milk protein powder (optional)
½-1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired texture.
