Mocha Swiss Almond Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 ounces of organic, whole, probiotic-rich yogurt, kefir or coconut milk/cream
1 Tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
1 Tablespoon of flaxseed oil or hemp seed oil
1-2 Tablespoons unheated honey
1 Tablespoon of RAW Protein powder
2 Tablespoons cocoa or carob powder and 2 Tablespoons raw almond butter or 4 Tablespoons chocolate almond spread
1-2 fresh or frozen bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Serve.
