Jay Bugai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California at Davis. He currently is a national educator with Garden of Life, a leading company in whole food nutrition. He has worked in the health food industry since 1997 and has held positions in retail management, sales, and training and education.
Jay is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition. He has been a guest on dozens of health radio programs and has conducted hundreds of health food store trainings and seminars. In 2008, Jay spent the year touring the country and training alongside Jordan Rubin, the New York Times best-selling author of The Maker’s Diet. In addition to his role as a national educator, Jay contributes to formulation analysis as well as product development for Garden of Life.
