Here's an easy way to "go green" for the holidays and feel great while you are doing it. Plus, you can take this mojito cocktail to work and no one will accuse you of imbibing way before Happy Hour since there's no alcohol added in this one. With plenty of fresh mint, organic pears, and lots of other green goodness, you'll feel like a Green Goddess in no time. With 1-2 scoops of Perfect Food Raw, you'll get enough greens to look great in your jeans, or anything else you want to wear during the holiday season! Try this recipe today and let us know how gorgeously green you feel!

Ingredients:

1 cup organic romaine lettuce
2 organic cucumbers, peeled
1 lime, peeled
2 organic pears, peeled
1-2 scoops of Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW
Fresh mint leaves -- several sprigs
A few ice cubes

Peel cucumbers, pears and lime. Wash fresh mint sprigs and tear off several handfuls of the leaves. Add the lettuce and all of the greens to your blender, along with 1-2 scoops of Perfect Food RAW and a few ice cubes. Blend and enjoy!

Your recipe sounds similar to how I make mine now and it's so good! I have never tried coconut flour or other nut flours in my smoothies. I will have to try this, thanks!... Read More
