Journey to Health with Giselle

Posted by: Ursula Zamora on Wednesday, January 09, 2013

We are excited to introduce you to Giselle who will be sharing her weight loss and health journey here with you.

Before she begins, Giselle has shared some information for us to get to know her:

"I'm a bit over my mid thirties. I am 5'8 height and weight 211 pounds.

Weight started creeping up on me in a very subtle way during the past 7 years. My digestive system is not working properly and I'm tired all the time no matter how much I try to sleep etc. I have 4 children. My eldest daughter was born with health complications, it's been very stressful but we are grateful the medical treatment she needs to keep on thriving is available to her in this country.

I'm originally from the Caribbean."

Be sure to check in tosee how Giselle is doing on her journey and share words of encouragement!
