Team YOLO is comprised of 13 male and female paddleboarders from across the country. All elite riders, they range in age from the youngest teenage team member to more experienced team members who spent time in other water sports...and even an actor fro "General Hospital"!
Team YOLO is competeing in the Orange Bowl Paddleboard Championship-the largest Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) event on the East Coast will take place in Miami on January 13th, 2013. Navigating a course that will start in Biscayne Bay and run up the Miami River against the backdrop of downtown Miami’s skyline, participants will compete for the largest purse prize on the East Coast while supporting a good cause – positive adult mentor relationships for at-risk children. All proceeds from the event will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami.
