This Hulk Is Still Incredible!

Garden of Life sales reps and managers run into some interesting people sometimes. Such was the case recently when Southeast Regional Manager Ryan Kruse and sales rep Aaron Mommaerts were busy stocking aisles and talking to customers at Nature’s Food Patch Market & Café in Clearwater, Florida. All of a sudden they looked up and saw a hulking figure who took up almost an entire aisle – and it was none other than Hulk Hogan!

For anyone who hasn’t heard of the Hulk or thinks he is a green comic book character, I feel bad for you because that means you must have missed the “Hulkamania” days during the eighties and nineties when Hulk Hogan was in his prime. As one of the most popular World Wrestling Federation wrestlers, in his heyday the Hulk was torturing opponents with his famous “leg drop” move several decades before Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was yelling “can you smell what THE ROCK is cooking?”

When Hulk wandered into Nature’s Food Patch, which is not far from his home, Aaron and Ryan were quick to recognize the bigger-than-life giant and did not miss the opportunity to chat with him about Garden of Life supplements. At age 59 and semi-retired, the massive Hulk still looks great and commands attention at 6-7” tall and 302 pounds!

Aaron and Ryan easily talked the Hulk into posing for a few pics and told him how he could stay lean and mean with Raw Protein, Raw Meal and other top-selling Garden of Life supplements. They also learned that the Hulk is a huge fan of Wobenzym, which must come in handy after more than 30 years of jumping off ropes, slamming bodies to the mat, and lifting heavy weights.

For those of you who still can’t recall the Hulk, there’s a chance your kids know him, as he has the only full-body wrestling game on X-Box 360 called Hulk Hogan’s Main Event. That means another generation of teenagers could be running around soon, saying, “What’cha gonna do, Brother!
