Chef Gwen Marzano's Chocolate Banana Breakfast

Chef Gwen Marzano from Garden of Life, a whole foods supplement company, shows Fox 26 viewers a few quick, healthy breakfast ideas using protein powder and coconut oil. 

Chocolate Banana Breakfast

Packs over 25 grams of protein, 12 grams of fiber, gluten and dairy free with a taste that will guarantee you'll never want to skip breakfast again!

2 1/2 cup non-sweetened Almond Milk 

1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Protein Powder Chocolate

1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Perfect Foods Chocolate 

1 scoop Garden of Life Super Seed

2 cups frozen banana chunks 

1 Tablespoon raw honey (optional) 

1 handful of greens like spinach or kale

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Enjoy right away!  Serves two.
