Power Packed Yogurt Recipes from Amy Simmons

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

1 cup of Stonyfield organic plain yogurt
1/3 cup of organic canned pumpkin
1 scoop of Vanilla RAW Protein
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. local raw honey (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, then top with a drizzle of honey to suit your taste! Enjoy!

I like to sprinkle organic chia seeds or granola on top sometimes too!

Easy Chocolate Yogurt

1/2 package of Chocolate RAW Meal
1/2 cup Stonyfield yogurt
1/2 Tbsp raw cocao powder
1 Tbsp of local raw honey (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl & top with whatever you like...chia seeds, fruit, cocao nibs, etc.

Chocolate Power Oats

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop chocolate RAW Protein
1 tbsp. raw cocao powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup berries of your choice

Mix oats and almond milk; heat in microwave until cooked. Then mix in cocoa powder, RAW Protein
and chia seeds until mixed through. Top with berries & enjoy!
