Garden of Life Fans Satisfy Their Sweet Tooth...And Share With You!

While we like to try and share different recipes we come up with our products, we also get some great recipe shares from our fans. We all have a sweet tooth, and strive to find a way to satisfy it without sacrificing our health goals. Two fans have shared some great recipes that they've come up with to get their sweet on...without the guilt!

From fan Karen Perry:

I was craving something sweet so badly after dinner tonight and did not have enough ingredients for no bake cookies so I made a "no bake shake" instead!
4oz of water
4oz of Almond milk
1 tsp of raw honey
1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW Protein or RAW Meal
1 tsp of Almond butter

2 tsp of oats
2 tsp of organic vanilla yogurt

Blend and enjoy!


From fan Erin Anderson:

No Bake Brownie Batter Treat

1/4 c sprouted chia seed powder
1/4 c sprouted flax seed powder
1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Protein Chocolate
3/4 c honey (or honey powder)
4 drops real vanilla
1/4 c Garden of Life coconut oil-melted
1/4 c ground oats
3 tbs chopped raw almonds
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/4-1/2 c chocolate almond milk

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy right away!
