Thank you to Wellness Guy Joe Lapiana for this great video for a favorite whole foods smoothie that he shares with a friend and all of us. His smoothie features Raw Protein, Perfect Food Raw and Vitamin Code Multivitamins and a lot of amazing healthy info!

this soundspretty good why all the stuff in there . im curious about whey what its used for. i have an allergy too milk.so im trying too substitute what you think.
