I’d like to start by saying my husband and I are huge fans of Jordan Rubin & Garden of Life and we’ve been hooked on Garden of Life's amazing supplements since 2004.
Our health journey began with Jordan’s book: Patient Heal Thyself. I have 6 of his books and have learned so much from him. We both went vegan in 2009 and love that Garden of Life has so many wonderful vegan products to choose from. Garden of Life has supplements for everyone...wherever you are in your health journey.
I get excited every time a new product comes out and I’m ultra-excited about the new Raw Fit protein powder. It’s raw, vegan and gluten free and gets you into fat burning mode: 1 serving has 28 grams of raw plant based protein-a complete protein with 13 organic sprouts & it has 4 grams of fiber. I love that it’s formulated with chromium, cinnamon, green coffee bean extract (svetol), ashwagandha, baobab, daikon radish, alfalfa, chlorella, probiotics, enzymes and much more.
Raw Fit tastes great, it’s filling and it really does help with fighting cravings! So far I’ve tried it with organic rice milk, organic almond milk and organic soy milk. I’d like to try it with hemp milk next. I have to also give a shout out to Raw Protein & Raw Meal-they’re amazing vegan protein powders too! I’m sure you’ll be in smoothie heaven when you try them. RAW Fit-ccino Coffee-Cacao Smoothie
8–16 oz. of almond milk or your favorite vegan milk
1 scoop RAW Fit protein powder
Stevia drops or powder to taste (I have a container of Whole Food’s 365 stevia powder-it comes with the little scoop. I add in 1-2 scoops. Sweetleaf English toffee stevia drops would be really great with this smoothie) or use your favorite natural sweetener
1 heaping Tbsp. of raw cacao powder
1 tsp. of Dandy blend powder (instant) -it’s herbal & caf free with roasted dandelion & chicory roots (if you
don’t have dandilion blend-the raw cacao powder by itself is great...Teeccino herbal coffee would also be
great-but it would need to be brewed & chilled)
Ice cubes & or frozen banana are optional (I have made this smoothie with & without frozen banana...it’s great both ways. If you want it more rich & creamy-add in 1/2 –1 whole frozen banana)

Chocolate Hemp Bliss Smoothie with Raw Protein
8-16 oz. hemp milk
Stevia drops or powder to taste (for this recipe I used about 1/2 tsp. of raw green stevia) or use your
favorite natural sweetener
1 scoop chocolate Raw Protein powder
1 heaping tsp. raw maca powder
1 Tbsp. GOL’s organic ex virgin coconut oil
2 organic frozen bananas
Blend & enjoy each heavenly sip
Beautifying Berry Smoothie with Raw Meal
1 organic frozen banana
1/2 bag of organic frozen blueberries
1 handful of soaked organic goji berries (soak for 10-15 minutes in filtered water...you can drain them or you can use the soak water in the smoothie)
16 oz. filtered water
1 scoop of GOL's raw meal
1 Tbsp. organic flaxseed oil
Stevia drops or powder to taste-or use your favorite natural sweetener
