1 packet or two scoops of Garden of Life Raw Fit
2 Tablespoons of Garden of Life Organic Golden Flaxseed and Raw Organic Antioxidant Fruit
1 cup of organic blueberries
1 cup of vanilla almond milk, sweetened or unsweetened
A few ice cubes
Wash blueberries thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. In a blender, combine almond milk, Raw Fit, flaxseed, banana, blueberries and ice cubes. Blend on high for one minute and enjoy!
