Chef Gwen’s Raw Organics Raspberry Ice Cream

Garden of Life’s raw chef Gwen Marzano knows how to whip up cool, healthy treats on a hot summer day! Recently we made her Raw Organics Raspberry Ice Cream recipe and shared it with co-workers at the office. Everyone gushed about the creamy, decadent taste and wanted more! We think you’ll love it also, and with only a few ingredients, it’s a snap to make it. Best of all, you don’t need an ice cream maker or any rock salt, either!




2 cups frozen organic raspberries

1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Raw Organics Golden Flaxseed with Raw Antioxidants (pictured here)

¼ cup light Coconut Milk

1 Tablespoon ripe Avocado

6 drops Sweet Leaf Vanilla Cream liquid Stevia (optional)




Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to one month.


Enjoy this dessert without the guilt! This tasty ice cream is low in sugar and calories and delivers all the flavor and sweetness that are essentials in desserts. It’s also gluten-free, soy-free, dairy free and low sugar.
