Last Days of Summer...on the road with Erin Moubray

Posted by: Garden of Life on Monday, September 23, 2013

So I have just spent a month living out of a trailer and camping.

When living on the road you don't always have access to the freshest produce and greens. For me starting my day with a green smoothie is imperative!

Luckily, I packed along my Perfect Food® RAW, RAW Organic Green Super Food in the trailer and used it in place of my greens! What a nice change!!! I loved the chocolate flavour…and the fact it mixed so effortlessly!!!

My favourite concoction was:

1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW( chocolate)

1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Protein ( chocolate)

1 cup water

1/2 cup almond milk

1 Tbls. ground flax seeds

1 frozen banana

1 cup blueberries

Blend all up and feel full for hours!!!
