I love what I see on Garden of Life! I am 51 and very interested in dropping my preservative and GMO life and doing the next 50 correct. A Vitamix would be a great replacement to my tiny Ninja. Time to get and stay healthy, decision made, time to make a plan.

My favourite morning smoothie is as follows: 1 frozen banana, 1 dspn chia seeds, 1/2c coconut water, 1tsp maca, 1tsp enzymes, 1 dspn hemp seeds, 1/2c frozen bluberries, 1/4c almonds, blend on high speed until smooth. mmm it is yum. keeps me going all morning.

I could really use one of these. I have been in severe chronic pain from a variety of degenerative illnesses.Last week I was diagnosed with gout. I can no longer eat oatmeal or any whole grains. I need to reinvent my eating habits. looks like all I can eat is vegetables, fruits and limited meat. i can not tolerate dairy products at all due to colitis. Looks like smoothies and juicing will be my way of life.

GoL RAW Protein
2 handfuls spinach
Handful walnuts or almonds
Almond Milk
2 servings of frozen fruit of choice: berries, 1 banana, peaches, cherries, apples

I would love to mix up my favorite smoothie using my new vitamix. My favorite smoothie starts with one peeled orange, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1peeled banana, handful of spinach, 1/2 cup Greek yogert, 1cup unsweetened almond milk 1tblsp. Chia seeds, and one scoop GOL RAW Fit. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
