Today's recipe from Chef Gwen is a smoothie is packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and a lot of Marley love, mon!


Marley Cinna'mon Blues


1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Fit Marley Coffee flavor

2 tsp. Garden of Life Chia Seeds

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 cup Frozen Blueberries

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1 handful of Spinach or Kale


Serves: 1-2



Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
