I decided to try Raw Fit for myself, and made a lot of different smoothies with it. I added all kinds of different ingredients, depending on what fruits or veggies I felt I needed each day, including blueberries, strawberries, Romaine lettuce, celery, oranges and even a few flaxseeds. 1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 organic banana
5-6 chunks of pineapple

Blend it all up and enjoy. It’s so smooth and filling that you might not even notice when it’s lunch time or you might skip lunch entirely because it’s so satisfying. Did I mention that although it’s a dieter’s best friend, you don’t have to be on a diet to enjoy it because it’s also useful for maintaining your weight. As any yo-yo dieters know, the real battle isn’t always losing the weight, but finding a way to keep it off for good!
