Easy Spring Centerpiece

Posted by: Garden of Life on Monday, April 21, 2014

If you're wondering what to do with all of those leftover colored Easter eggs, it's easy to use them for a spring centerpiece that's sure to brighten up your table. Here's what you need to arrange it:
Tall glass vase
Glass marbles or colored stones (find at a craft or discount store)
6-7 colored eggs
Fresh or plastic flowers
To arrange:
Arrange marbles or colored stones in bottom of vase. Fill vase with fresh water, stopping when vase is about half full.

Carefully place eggs on top of the marbles or stones.

If you have fresh flowers, trim the ends with scissors. Arrange flowers in the vase, using the eggs and marbles to anchor stems.

Pour in a bit more water every day to refresh the flowers and you'll have a colorful arrangement for about a week.
