Debra Garner's Super Food Smoothie

Posted by: Garden of Life on Monday, July 07, 2014

With the especially hot weather we tend to have green smoothies for dinner. Anything to keep from heating the house up in the evening when we are trying so hard to get it to cool down. Tonight I made the boys a delicious super food packed smoothie..

1 package of Trader Joe’s Very Cherry blend frozen berries
4 ripe bananas
1 32 ounce container of Tropical Zico Coconut water (I stock up when it goes on sale at Grocery Outlet)
4 scoops of apple flavored Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Organic Green Super Food powder (1 scoop per kid)
Water to fill up the rest of the blender container.

Blend and separate into 4 equal servings.
