2 tbs coconut oil

3 tbs raw cacao ( or cocoa powder)

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 scoops Chocolate GOL Protein Powder

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes ( reserve this or the end)

** 1-2 tbs water as needed for blending

Process first 6 ingredients in the food processor. You may need to add in a a couple tbs of water to help with mixing.

Once mixed ( this will be quite sticky) roll into small balls and then roll in the 1/4 cup reserved coconut. Place in freezer of fridge to harden.

These are a great pre- workout energy snack!!!! You can omit the protein powder and serve as a great kid friendly snack too!!!
