Autumn brings with it increased immune system requirements.
Could it be because the Autumn season corresponds to the metal element which therefore Has an effect on the energies of our metal organs: lung and large intestine?
The answer is yes! In order to balance our autumn immune needs with our busy season schedules, seems only fitting to add a healthy juicing regimen to our daily meal requirements.

This juice offers high antioxidant content, is vitamin and mineral packed and full of easily assimilated nutrients. Kale eases lung congestion and benefits the stomach. It is a great source of chlorophyll and a great cancer fighter. Celery also helps with stomach issues along with fortifying the spleen-pancreas and liver. Celery lowers blood pressure and when combined with lemon juice helps with the common cold. Zucchini is healing to the spleen-pancreas and stomach while reducing inflammation and improving energy and circulation. Kiwi helps stop diarrhea while treating fever with dry, painful throat. Pear clears heat, helps with cough and constipation. Cucumber acts as a diuretic, detoxifier and blood cleanser, purifies skin and acts as a digestive aid. Lime is refreshing. Ginger aids transformation and transportation of nutrients. Clover sprouts add energy. Parsley improves digestion and detoxifies meat or fish poisoning. Parsley helps remove bladder, kidney and gallstones.
Makes approximately 3 cups
3 organic kale leaves, stemmed
2 organic celery stalks
1 medium organic zucchini
1 organic kiwi, peeled
1 organic Bartlett pear
1 large organic cucumber
½ organic lime, peeled
1” piece of organic ginger, peeled
1 handful of organic clover sprouts
1 handful of organic parsley
Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw
Thoroughly wash and dry all of the vegetables and fruits.
Process the kale, celery, zucchini, kiwi, pear, cucumber, lime, ginger, sprouts and parsley in a juicer according to manufacturer instructions.
Mix 8 ounces of the juice with a scoop of the Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw and stir to combine.
