Marley Chocolate Iced Coffee
Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Protein Marley Coffee flavor
1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food® RAW Chocolate flavor
1½ cup prepared organic coffee
1½ cup chocolate almond milk
ice

Directions:
Place all ingredients (except ice) into a shaker cup, and shake until well mixed (about 45 seconds). Pour over ice and enjoy!

Chocolate Coffee Buzz

Chocolate Coffee Buzz
Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients:
1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Protein Marley Coffee flavor
1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food® RAW Chocolate
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 Tablespoon organic almond butter
1 Tablespoon organic honey
2 cups frozen organic banana chunks

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. The natural energy of chocolate and coffee will invigorate and revitalize you to start the day off right!

Gwen’s Grain-Free Muffins

Gwen’s Grain-Free Muffins
Makes 1 dozen muffins

Dry Ingredients:
¾ cup Garden of Life RAW Organics™ Real Cold Milled Organic Golden Flaxseed ground into a flour (using a coffee grinder or high-speed blender)
½ cup Garden of Life RAW Organics™ Organic Chia Seed, ground into a flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup organic honey
¼ cup Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
½ cup organic applesauce
4 organic eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla

Add-ins: 1 cup chopped organic walnuts and 1 cup chopped organic apple (I prefer Fuji.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs, then add honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla and mix well. Add wet mixture into dry mixture and add applesauce. Mix everything together and then add chopped walnuts and chopped apple pieces. Grease muffin pan with coconut oil and then put 2 Tablespoons of batter into each muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
