Yumbelievable Raw Fit™ Smoothie

Apple Jack Shake UP
Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients:
2 scoops Garden of Life® Perfect Food® RAW Apple
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a shaker cup and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Then, consume with enthusiasm!

Pepitas

Pie in the Sky Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients:
2 scoops Garden of Life® Perfect Food® RAW Apple
1 scoop Garden of Life Super Seed®
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups frozen organic banana chunks
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie will have you soaring with energy—and it tastes like apple pie.

Pepitas

Green Smoothie (with apple)
Makes 32 to 44 ounces

Ingredients:
3 cups organic baby spinach
1 cup pure water
1 organic Golden Delicious apple
2 organic mangos
10 organic strawberries
1 serving of RAW Protein
ice

Directions:
Blend well, and drink throughout the day.
