Crazy Good Banana Muffins

One Love Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 scoop Garden of Life® Raw Fit™ Marley Coffee
1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food® RAW Chocolate
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups frozen organic banana chunks

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Love!

Gluten-Free All-Veggie Pizza

Snowball Cookies
Makes 20 cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup organic macadamia nuts
1 cup organic pistachios (unsalted)
½ cup organic pecans or walnuts
8 organic Medjool dates, pitted
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life® RAW Protein Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons organic honey
2 Tablespoons water
Dash of sea salt
½ cup shredded organic coconut flakes (unsweetened)

Directions:
Place nuts in food processor using the “S” blade and process for about 30 seconds. Add RAW Protein, coconut oil, honey, dates and salt and process for another 10 seconds. Add the water and pulse until the mixture begins to stick together. Roll Tablespoon-size cookie balls in your hand and then coat in shredded coconut flakes. Store in refrigerator for up to three weeks or in freezer for up to two months.

Miracle Gluten-Free Vegan Pizza Dough

Raw Key Lime Pie
Makes one 9-inch pie

Crust Ingredients:
1 cup raw, organic walnuts, soaked for 15 minutes and rinsed well
¾ cup raw, organic pecans
4 organic dates, pitted
2½ Tablespoons raw organic coconut nectar or maple syrup
¼ teaspoon high-quality sea salt

Filling Ingredients:
¾ cup fresh organic lime juice
2 cups raw, organic cashews
½ cup raw, organic coconut nectar or maple syrup
1/3 cup organic coconut oil
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Put all the crust ingredients together in a work bowl of a food processor with the blade in place and process until the ingredients form a ball. Press into a 9-inch Pyrex® pie pan. Wash and dry the food processor bowl and blade. Add the filling ingredients to the bowl with the blade in place. Blend the filling ingredients together in the processor, and pour over the crust. Place in the freezer and allow to set for at least 3 hours or overnight. Take it out and let it rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or as long as it takes to soften, before serving.
