Grab ‘n’Go Bites

Grab ‘n’ Go Bites (Raw and vegan cookie balls to get you going!)
Makes 16 to 18 cookie balls 

1 scoop Garden of Life® Raw Fit™
2 cups unsalted cashews
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
10 organic Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in water for about 20 minutes
¼ cup dried organic cranberries 
½ cup dried organic coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a bowl, combine coconut flakes and cinnamon and set aside. Place RAW Fit and cashews in food processor using the “s” blade. Process until well mixed and has a flour-like consistency. Remove dates from water. Add coconut oil, dates and cranberries to mixture in food processor and pulse until everything begins to stick (about 20 pulses). Roll cookie balls and coat in coconut flake/cinnamon mixture. Refrigerate to harden the texture of the cookies. Cookies last 10 to 14 days in refrigerator or two months in freezer.

Salmon and Mixed Greens
Salmon and Mixed Greens
Serves 4
1½ pounds fresh wild salmon fillets
extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
2 Tablespoons organic unbleached flour
½ teaspoon paprika
6 cups organic baby lettuces or mixed greens 
1 organic red pepper, seeded, cut into a julienne and sautéed in olive oil or coconut oil
1 pound organic brown mushrooms, washed, dried very well, sliced and sautéed in organic butter and olive oil
3⁄4 cup organic salad dressing of your choice
Brush salmon with olive oil. Squeeze on lemon juice and rub in pepper. Sprinkle on sifted flour and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Place under broiler for another 2 minutes until just lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix greens with dressing and divide among four plates. Make a mound of red peppers and mushrooms on each plate, place a portion of salmon on each mound of greens, and pour pan juices over. Serve immediately.

Marley’s Cinna Mon Blues
Marley’s Cinna "Mon" Blues
Serves 1 or 2
1 scoop Garden of Life® Raw Fit™ Marley Coffee flavor
2 teaspoons RAW Organics™ Super Omega 3 Organic Chia Seed
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
1 organic banana, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 handful of organic spinach or kale
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! It’s packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and a lot of Marley love.
