Delectable Yogurt & Avocado Dip
Serves 8
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 cup of organic, plain, whole fat probiotic-rich Greek yogurt
4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup finely chopped onion
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Serve with sprouted tortillas, pita or chips.
