Issue 132: Probiotic Delights

Coco-Yogurt in the Raw
Serves 2-4

Ingredients:
2 cups of young Thai coconut meat
1 cup of organic probiotic-rich Greek yogurt (whole fat)
3 Tablespoons raw honey

Directions:
Blend the ingredients together and serve. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, if desired.

 



 

Probiotic Fruit Dip
Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups of probiotic-rich plain organic Greek yogurt
½ cup raw honey
¾ cup raw tahini

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing until smooth. Serve with apples, strawberries or bananas.

 

Delectable Yogurt & Avocado Dip
Serves 8

Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 cup of organic, plain, whole fat probiotic-rich Greek yogurt
4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup finely chopped onion
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Serve with sprouted tortillas, pita or chips.
