Good Morning Juice
Ingredients:
3 organic kale leaves, stemmed
2 organic celery stalks
1 medium organic zucchini
1 organic kiwi, peeled
1 organic Bartlett pear
1 large organic cucumber
½ organic lime, peeled
1” piece of organic ginger, peeled
1 handful of organic clover sprouts
1 handful or organic parsley
1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food® RAW
Directions:
Thoroughly wash and dry all of the vegetables and fruits. Process the kale, celery, zucchini, kiwi, pear, cucumber, lime, ginger, sprouts and parsley in a juicer, according to manufacturer instructions. Mix 8 ounces of the juice with a scoop of Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

RAW Protein Power Pancakes
Ingredients:
5 egg whites
1 serving Garden of Life RAW Protein (Vanilla)
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
½ cup favorite fruits
stevia or cinnamon, to taste
1 teaspoon Garden of Life extra virgin coconut oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or mix the ingredients with a fork. Cook the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan until light to golden brown on both sides. Add your favorite toppings.

RAW Meal Piña Colada
Ingredients:
1 or 2 scoops Garden of Life RAW Meal
1 banana
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 cup plain or vanilla almond milk
½ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender for about a minute on high and enjoy. Add an umbrella if you’re outside. If not, pour it in a shaker cup and go!
