Morning Smoothie

Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
Hand full of spinach
grapefruit juice (2)
1 banana
1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW Meal

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve.

Tuna Melt

Tuna Melt

Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 cans tuna—albacore is best; salmon is another variation
4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons garlic-chili flaxseed oil
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
½ red pepper, finely chopped
Herbamare® to taste
sprouted grain English muffins
4 slices of raw cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except the cheese slices, in a medium-sized bowl. Toast English muffin halves. Spread tuna mixture over English muffin halves. Top with cheddar cheese slices. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.

Zucchini Wrap

Zucchini Wraps

Serves 10 to 12

Ingredients:
6 zucchinis, peeled and chopped
6 stalks of celery, chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup chickpea miso
3 cups water, added to thin the mixture to desired consistency
sprouted grain or sprouted wheat tortillas

Directions:
Blend the ingredients all together in a blender. Chill until ready to serve. Place blended ingredients in sprouted grain tortillas. Roll up tortillas. Serve.
