Blueberry Fruit Salad

Serves:
2 to 4 Organic Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic blueberries
- 2 cups cubed organic jicama
- 2 cups cubed organic watermelon
- 1 cup chopped organic peaches
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Directions:
- Place all chopped fruit into a large bowl and toss in lime, zest and mint. (Optional: add a pinch of salt.)
- Serve as a side, dessert or breakfast.
