- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup dried apricots - soaked in water for 5 minutes
- 1 scoop Garden of Life® Raw Protein and greens™ Lightly Sweet
- 2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Coconut Oil
- 1 MrazBerry Chocolate Bar broken into bite-sized pieces
- Place nuts, protein powder, apricots (removed from water) and coconut oil into food processor using the “s” blade.
- Process down until well combined then add chocolate and process again until well mixed.
- Press batter into a 9x9 inch brownie pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
- Store bars in refrigerator for one week or in the freezer for one month.
