Chill Out With These 6 Collagen Smoothie Recipes

This post is for the collagen smoothie lover who likes a bit of variety in their daily smoothie. Each one contains collagen and is loaded with fresh goodness.
Serves: 1-2 each
Ingredients
Peach Mango:
-
1 cup coconut water
-
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
-
5 baby carrots
-
½ cup frozen peaches
-
½ cup frozen mango chunks
Almond Butter & Jelly:
-
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-
1 banana
-
1 ½ cups frozen Strawberries
-
2 dates (optional)
-
1 Tbsp almond butter
Pineapple Ginger:
-
1 cup coconut water
-
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
-
1 banana
-
2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
-
½ Tbsp ginger root minced
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Blueberry:
-
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-
1 cup frozen blueberries
-
¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
-
2 Tbsp ripe avocado
Avocado Banana:
-
1 cup coconut water
-
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-
¼ cup ripe avocado
-
1 handful of spinach
-
6 ice cubes
-
1 banana
Cherry Apple:
-
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-
1 ½ cups frozen cherries
-
1 cup chopped apples
-
2 Tbsp ripe avocado
-
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
