
DIY Yogurt with Probiotics

Serves:
2-4 Use Organic:
- 2 capsules Dr. Formulated Once Daily Women’s Probiotics (or Mens)
- 2 cans coconut milk (use full fat coconut milk
- not light)
- 1½ Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional to make it vanilla flavor)
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients then place in a glass jar.
- Cover the jar with a mesh cloth and store in a warm, dark place for 24 hours.
- Mix yogurt before eating, and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
