Try this DIY yogurt recipe with a dose of probiotics.

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

Use Organic if possible

  • 2 capsules Dr. Formulated Once Daily Women’s Probiotics (or Mens)

  • 2 cans coconut milk (use full fat coconut milk not light)

  • 1½ Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional to make it vanilla flavor)

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all ingredients then place in a glass jar.

  2. Cover the jar with a mesh cloth and store in a warm, dark place for 24 hours.

  3. Mix yogurt before eating, and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
