Here's a yummy cookie you can feel good about eating! Made with nourishing Golden Milk, these treats are sure to please.

Serves: 24

Ingredients

Use Organic if possible

Dry Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup vegan butter (soy free)

  • 1 cup coconut palm sugar

  • 1 txp vanilla extract

Chocolate Sauce:

Preparation

  1. First, mix together dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Next, using an electric mixer, mix together all wet ingredients.

  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

  4. Preheat oven to 350 and bake cookies on parchment-lined cookie sheet for 14 minutes.

  5. While cookies are baking, make the chocolate sauce.

  6. In a double broiler, melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil.

  7. Once the cookies are baked and cooled (use a cooling rack), drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cookies.

  8. If you put the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer right after adding the chocolate sauce, the sauce will quickly set.
