Gwen's Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Serves:
2 to 4
Organic Ingredients:
  • 2 or more ripe avocados (about 3 cups)
  • ¼ cup plus 1-2 Tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life Super Seed (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of sea salt
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor using the S blade, or in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with fresh fruit, top with coconut flakes or nuts, or eat as is! (Lasts up to five days refrigerated.)
Note: This amazing pudding has the base of avocados but your kids will never know because it delivers the same great taste and texture of pudding without all the sugar and dairy!
