Jam Packed Collagen Jam

12 oz.
  1. In a small sauce pan, heat up water to a low simmer and then add the raspberries.
  2. Mash the raspberries with a fork until they are mushy.
  3. Add in the chia seed then remove pan from heat.
  4. Stir in the elderberry syrup and collagen and let jam cool.
  5. Pour jam into a glass Mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
