Layered Smoothie

Serves: 1-2
Use Organic:
Green Goddess Smoothie:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 small avocado (about ½ cup mashed)
1 large banana
1 hefty handful of spinach leaves
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
5 pitted dates (optional)
1½ cups of ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serves: 1-2
Use Organic:
Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup coconut water
1 inch finely chopped ginger root
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
6 baby carrots
2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Preparation:
To make layers, pour green smoothie into a glass about ½ way then pour the pineapple smoothie into the glass to the top. Use a straw to draw fun lines up from the bottom of the glass. Add toppings like coconut flakes, granola or fresh fruit/herbs to garnish.
