This layered smoothie recipe is fun to make, fun to look at, and fun to drink - the protein-packed inside means this fun drink also has benefits!

Serves: 1-2


Use Organic if possible

Green Goddess Smoothie:

  •  2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 small avocado (about ½ cup mashed)

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 hefty handful of spinach leaves

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla

  • 5 pitted dates (optional)

  • 1½ cups of ice

**Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

**Blend all ingredients together until smooth.


  1. To make layers, pour green smoothie into a glass about ½ way then pour the pineapple smoothie into the glass to the top.

  2. Use a straw to draw fun lines up from the bottom of the glass.

  3. Add toppings like coconut flakes, granola or fresh fruit/herbs to garnish.
