This creamy plant-based nacho dip is a healthier, protein-packed take on classic queso. Made with white beans, tofu, and nutritional yeast for a naturally cheesy flavor without any dairy, this dip is perfect for vegan and plant-based lifestyles or anyone trying to eat more high fiber snacks. It’s rich in plant protein and fiber, thanks to the beans and tofu, and gets an extra boost of satisfying protein from our unflavored plant-based protein powder.

Ingredients
- 1 can cannellini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ block (8 ounces) firm tofu
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened plant-based milk, such as almond or soy milk
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Unflavored Raw Organic Protein
- 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- ½ tsp. ground paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pickled jalapenos in brine, optional
- Chopped cilantro and fresh tomatoes, optional
Directions
- Add the beans, tofu, milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, protein powder, taco seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and pickled jalapenos (if using) to a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add an extra splash of milk.
- You can serve the nacho dip at room temperature or warm it first. To heat, transfer the dip to a saucepan and warm over medium-low heat, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the nacho dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped cilantro or diced tomatoes, if desired. Serve warm with assorted dippers, like tortilla chips, pretzels, or raw vegetables.
