It’s time to pull out that skillet and get ready to experience a peachy, gooey, delicious peach cobbler. Our Skillet Peach Cobbler recipe has a few healthy surprises, too. Serves: 8-12


  • 5 ripe peaches 

  • ½ cup sugar of choice  

  • 2 tsp. cornstarch 

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract  

  • Juice of ½ lemon 



  1. Blanch 5 peaches and place them into an ice bath to cool (about 5 minutes). Remove skins, cut into slices and remove pits.

  2. Add in sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix and then place into a greased cast iron skillet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

  3. Make the crumble by placing the flour, coconut palm sugar, baking soda, collagen peptides and golden flaxseed into a bowl and mix.

  4. Add in butter then crumble butter into flour mixture using your hands until you get a sand-like texture. Pour in hot water and stir until you get a wet-like sand texture.

  5. Dollop tablespoon sized amounts of batter on top of the peaches then bake for another 15 minutes.

  6. Let cobbler cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
