4 Ways to Beat the After-Holiday Blues

The gifts are open, the parties are over and all of the treats are gone. Now what? It’s time to return to our regular lives and face the harsh reality of empty calendars and overindulgence. All of this can be completely overwhelming and lead to a lingering sense of sadness and a lack of motivation. If you suddenly feel this way when January comes around, you’ve got the after-holiday blues. But it doesn’t need to be that way.
