Favorite food:  On the sinful side: dark chocolate. On the healthy side: roasted broccoli.

My Favorite Garden of Life supplements:  Organic Plant Protein in vanilla and chocolate.

My Secret to Staying Healthy:  A variety of everything and everything in moderation. Oh, and unwrap your passion while you’re at it!

My Favorite Training Tip:  Have fun with whatever you do! Learn from and train with someone who knows much more than you do.

My Significant Others:  My husband Joe and my three kids.

What I Want to Be When I Grow Up:  I’m never growing up. I intend to play like a kid until my last breath. While I’m at it, I’d like to be a bestselling author, awesome speaker, and a passionate barefoot water skier.

My Favorite Super Hero:  Wonder Woman.

Charities or Causes I Support:  Hands & Voices, an organization providing support for families with deaf and hard of hearing kids.

If I Could Change One Thing About Myself It Would Be:  I’d aim for skinny arms and a flatter stomach.
