What are some of the highlights in your career? The instances where I get feedback that the information I had given helped to reduce suffering or restored quality of life. That’s easily the most rewarding thing at my job, and, lucky for me, it happens fairly regularly!

What is your personal nutrition philosophy? There are many ways to achieve good health, but the key is often tied to our digestive machinery.
What are some of the staples in your grocery basket and pantry? Raw milk, pasture-raised eggs, fresh veggies from the garden, berries from the backyard.
What is your favorite meal? Homemade raw milk ice cream! Hahahaha!

What do you read? I read a lot of books on health and nutrition and chemistry and biology. I am currently reading “Bad Pharma” by Dr. Ben Goldacre.
