Calcium: A Major Player in Bone Health
Calcium is an essential nutrient for health, including bone health. In fact, The National Institutes of Health says that the body requires calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to transmit messages between the brain and to every body part. VANADIUM: This trace mineral helps support the healthy growth of bone cells.
