Healthy Belly Bliss Smoothie

Serves: 1

Use Organic:

  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk such as “Ripple”
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil - optional
  • 1 Tablespoon ripe avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger root - finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
