Raspberry Lemon Nighttime Tea

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together ¼ cup water and 1 teaspoon Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium Raspberry Lemon. Wait until fizz is finished.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and the magnesium mixture to your mug of hot, freshly brewed Orange Pekoe tea.
  3. Love it and have a great night sleep.
*Note: Use decaffeinated tea if you are sensitive to caffeine or drinking to assist with sleep.
