Relaxing Orange Cocoa

Directions:

  1. Heat up your milk until warm and in a cup mix the magnesium powder with warm water to dissolve and fizzle out.
  2. Add cocoa powder to magnesium mixture and whisk, followed by the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the hot milk over top of the orange-chocolate mix and whisk until combined. You can also blend the hot milk and orange-chocolate mix in a blender (or use an electric whisk) to get it extra frothy!
