Warm Rosemary Orange Comfort
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ sprig of fresh rosemary
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium Orange
- Pour 1 cup orange juice into a small saucepan.
- Add ½ sprig fresh rosemary and heat until almost boiling. Simmer for 2-5 minutes until the rosemary is fragrant.
- Mix ¼ cup water and 1 teaspoon Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium Orange together in a small bowl and stir until fizz stops.
- Blend magnesium into the orange juice. Enjoy!
