- 1 cup blackberries
- ½ cup mixed berry preserves
- 4 pieces of gluten free bread - toasted
- Garden of Life Coconut Oil
- spreadable almond “cheese”
- Mash blackberries into mixed berry preserves.
- Spread about ½ teaspoon of coconut oil on each piece of toast and then spread 2 Tablespoons of almond cheese and blackberry/preserve mix on top.
- Serve toast with extra preserves on the side.
