Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Serves: 2-4

Use Organic:

  • 2½ cups coconut milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit (any flavor)
  • ¼ cup Garden of Life Chia Seed
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla


  1. Whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top with your favorite berries.
  3. Pudding lasts 2-3 days in refrigerator
